Specialist
questions
For people who build websites and are thinking about working through 2PIX. The terms are the same for everyone, so the answers are direct.
Joining and the reward
People who build websites: designers, front-end and back-end developers, editors. Experience with 2PIX is not required — we teach it on the first project.
No. Entry is open for now: a request, a conversation about experience and specialisation, and a first project with the brand's acceptance.
From 10 to 80 % of the order. The share depends on your level and on how much of the work you close yourself: the less is left for the brand, the higher the share.
The grade system comes later — for now the share is agreed at the start and revised after projects.
After the client accepts the project. The contract, the invoices and the closing documents are on the brand's side; you do not deal with the paperwork.
Orders and the work
From the brand: marketing, sales and distribution of requests by specialisation and workload. No hunting for clients, no bargaining.
Yes, you can decline. We distribute requests by workload, so tell us when you are busy.
As many as you can hold by the deadline. Missing an agreed deadline is the only thing that really breaks the setup.
Yes, about the task: clarifying materials and showing interim versions. Price, contract and disputes are handled by the brand.
We hand it to another specialist and the work continues from the same place — the project is portable. The part you did is paid.
Tools and acceptance
No. The creation environment is made for people who can build websites; the first project runs together with the brand's acceptance and guidance.
Yes, for design and materials. The site itself is assembled in 2PIX — otherwise it stops being portable, and that is exactly what the client pays for.
The meaning and the structure, the layout on every screen, the behaviour of forms, the speed and technical SEO. Acceptance is a list, not a matter of taste.
The brand. That is why acceptance is mandatory and why price and deadline talks go through us.
