A unique
website

Uniqueness is not a rare animation on the first screen. It is when structure, content and features answer your task, and the site is not locked inside someone else's service or falling apart when the contractor changes.

A unique

There is an easy test: try to say how your site differs from a competitor's. If the difference is the colour of the buttons and the photos, the site is a template — however expensive that template was.

The real difference lives in three places: how a customer walks to the request, what data you collect about them, and what happens to the site a year later. Below is how we handle those.

What uniqueness is made of

Not «design from zero», but decisions made by someone who knows your niche.

Your scenario

The order of blocks and texts leads to one action — a request, a call or an order — instead of showing everything at once.

Your components

More than 700 ready blocks, and what is missing is built for the project: a calculator, a configurator, an unusual screen.

Your data schema

Products, services, records and requests are described explicitly, so the site does what the business needs rather than what the theme had.

Your editor

Your employee changes texts and photos in the fields their role allows; the structure of the site cannot be broken.

Portability

The project leaves with its sources, schemas and build rules — uniqueness does not disappear with the contractor.

How this differs from a builder

A builder is fast while the task fits its blocks. After that the limits start.

The template ceiling

In a builder you assemble a page from ready blocks and hit their logic.

The export ceiling

The customer area, the catalogue and part of the features usually do not export — the site lives inside the service.

Our way

Components with explicit properties plus custom blocks for the project — there is no template ceiling.

Our way

The public version is built as a standalone site and does not need our runtime.

Our way

The brand answers for the result: acceptance before handover and a replacement specialist at our cost.

What a unique website costs

The same as any of our sites: the price follows the size, not the «uniqueness». A landing page starts at $99 per month, a corporate site at $125, a store at $175; paying for the year is cheaper. Custom components for the project are part of the work, not a separate line in the quote.

What is included, what is billed separately and how the work runs

In short

No. One price list, and it depends neither on the specialist nor on how many blocks were drawn from zero.

As a reference, yes; as a copy, no — someone else's sales scenario rarely works in another niche.

The specialist builds a component for the project. It lives by the same rules and travels with the site.

The public version is built in advance and carries no server-side CMS — hence the speed and the smaller attack surface.

Markup, metadata, a sitemap, structured data and a file for AI services are produced together with the pages.

We will match a specialist, name the deadline and build the site at a fixed price.
